Where we ship
SodaMelt ships throughout the United States and to most international destinations. Some countries restrict the import of dietary supplements; if yours does, the retailer will tell you at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections and weather can extend them.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves the warehouse. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to show the first scan. Check your spam folder if the email has not arrived.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain packaging with no description of the contents on the outside.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your own country. These are set by your customs authority, are not included in the price you paid, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, the retailer will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further shipping charge.
